Using collage, paint, ink and pencil, the hand-bound book form provides an intimate enclosure in which to gather and contain. Turning the pages or unfolding an accordion is a quiet and tactile experience through time, a small journey from here to there. My process in the studio is a meditative meld of mind, hands and tools.
